Litigation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include communicating with expert witnesses, preparing pleadings, discovery, disclosures, correspondence, calendaring, creating timelines and reviewing/briefing records. Given the current health situation partial remote work or telecommuting from outside the Tucson area is an option for the right candidate. Knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure is a must. Experience with medical negligence cases is a plus.
