Trusts and Estates Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the client workflow process. Will be drafting and finalizing estate plans, petitions, and court filings. Document drafting, editing, and proofreading. Manage ancillary documents, healthcare proxies, and powers of attorneys. Correspondence with clients and business colleagues. Administration of trusts and estates at various life-cycle stages. Interface with outside accountants to assist with tax preparation and filing. Scanning and filing of electronic and paper-based documents in cloud storage. Support attorneys with calendar management and meeting arrangements. Participate in client document execution and ceremonies. Maintain a proactive role in implementing firm-wide best practices. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; numerate and literate. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Notary license a plus.
