Legal Secretary Candidate will support the firm by acting as the gate keeper for all incoming correspondence. Will answer a high-volume of incoming telephone calls, screen and forward such calls, and/or take appropriate messages. Will greet and welcome all incoming visitors and direct them to the intended party. Will support the office ecosystem by ordering supplies and handling administrative tasks as they arise. Answering a high-volume of calls; screen and direct calls to appropriate parties, when necessary. Take detailed messages and distribute to the appropriate party Greet and direct visitors entering the firm. Accept all incoming packages and mail and distribute to the mail team Coordinate appointments and meetings Order supplies (for kitchen and mail room). Provide support for miscellaneous requests with a can do attitude. Provide administrative support, as needed. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, is able to remain calm and collected when handling escalated calls, and works well under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to multi-task. Superb organizational skills. Calm demeanor. Enjoys working independently with minimal direction. Computer Savvy.
