Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager The candidate will provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed as to the progress of their case. Will obtain, review and organize damage information. Calculate damages (medical expenses; lost wages; property damage, etc.). Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, etc. Verify insurance coverage and setup claims. Prepare demand packages. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Ensure the case is progressing forward in a timely manner. Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, reading/routing incoming mail. The candidate should have high school diploma (or equivalent). Must have 2+ years of prior experience handling personal injury cases. Experience with Needles case management/document management software preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is also beneficial.
