Associate Attorney, Litigation Candidate will have primarily focus on litigation in Immigration Court. Must be licensed in at least one state. Spanish fluency is a must, as is at least some experience in litigation before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Some regional travel for court appearances and/or meeting with clients at Avondale Office will be required.
