Receptionist/Legal Secretary The candidate will have front desk and receptionist job, which involves answering phone calls, performing phone screenings of potential clients, and maintaining multiple calendars. The ideal candidate would have prior receptionist or administrative experience. Responsibilities include: Answering and forwarding phone calls; Greeting clients and making sure they are seen in a timely manner; Updating and maintaining correct client information; Organizing and updating the firm s calendars; Presenting a positive and friendly image to clients in person and over phone; Actively communicating and coordinating with attorneys, staff, and third parties regarding cases; Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Must have patience in dealing with clients. Fluency in Spanish language preferred (native speaker or DELE C1 certificate).
