Trademark Paralegal The candidate will provide support for US and foreign trademark activities, while working as part of a team of attorneys and support staff. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program is preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience as a trademark paralegal within a law firm. Should be proficient with electronic research tools such as USPTO and WIPO databases; and USPTO trademark filing systems. Broad knowledge of US and foreign trademark rules and procedures is needed. Should be efficient and effective in legal research and possesses a high degree of competency in online research tools. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
