Part-time Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant The candidate work duties include: Inputting estate planning, trust administration, and probate documents; Inputting correspondence; Preparing deeds, forms, and transmittal letters; Communicating with clients; Opening physical files for clients and administrative matters; Maintaining office lists; Inputting time in Timeslips billing program and preparing related reports and invoices; Miscellaneous office administration; Paralegal work, depending on applicant's background. Experience working for a trust and estate attorney is preferable. Must be willing to become a Notary Public if not currently a Notary Public.
