Legal Secretary/ Executive Administrative Assistant The candidate will manage multiple calendars including call scheduling, on and offsite meetings, and personal appointments. Coordinate all travel arrangements, domestic and abroad. Track important meetings and ensure the Department is running efficiently and effectively. Manage corporate expense reports and reimbursements from the firm on a monthly basis. Bachelor s degree in a business-related field preferred. Executive/Administrative or Project Assistant experience. Experience at a law firm, professional services, financial services, or management consultancy preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required. Lotus Notes or Microsoft Office experience are required. Ability to anticipate needs and a willingness to grow beyond the job description are required. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels in person, by phone and by email are required. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple people and various tasks simultaneously. Need to work fast and accurately are required. Very strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail are required. Extensive file and document management experience are required. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team are required. Proven experience in handling multiple deliverables efficiently are required. Ability to provide information and respond to requests for assistance with courtesy and tact are required. Must be a team player as well as self-motivated and committed to excellence in the workplace.
