Tax Attorney The candidate will assist partners in drafting tax-related agreements for real estate transactions. Will be drafting organizational documents, including partnership and limited liability company operating agreements, resolutions, and similar documents. Will also interface with clients and others involved in the transactions. The candidate should be a graduate from a top law school with 2-3 years of transactional experience. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills. A tax background is not a requirement, but familiarity with real estate transactions is a plus. Should be a team player.
