Immigration Paralegal Duties: Assist attorneys in preparation of employment-based immigration petitions and applications. Utilize web-based immigration case management system and database continuously and accurately. Manage a heavy caseload of immigration matters in various stages. Communicate with business clients via phone, email and in person. Contribute to the development of processes to simplify work, standardize procedures and help the team operate more efficiently and effectively. Conduct immigration-related research. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred and demonstrated strong analytical skills required; paralegal certificate or degree will be considered in lieu of a four year degree. Energetic, organized, detail-oriented and disciplined, with the willingness to work hard. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage workflow and work under tight deadlines and other time constraints, with competing and shifting priorities. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proofreading and customer relations. Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, analytical and customer service skills.
