Probate Paralegal The candidate will navigating Probate matters from beginning to end including but not limited to preparing Petitions for Probate, Conservatorship, Guardianships, Accountings, and other non-contested probate petitions and forms. The right candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, reliable, solves problems quickly, and is able to keep cases moving forward. Able to support multiple attorneys. He or she needs to be a quick learner, tech savvy (Bonus if you have EFILING, CLIO, ESSENTIAL FORMS or ADOBE ACROBAT OCR experience), and able to handle multiple tasks at one time. You will be the first point of contact for potential new clients as well as help current clients complete paperwork throughout their case. It is important to be personable with clients and make them feel welcome, both in person and on the phone. Must have a minimum of 3 years paralegal experience specifically related to probate- bonus if candidate has experience in conservatorships/guardianships. Must be a good writer.
