Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support clients and the firm's trial attorneys in a variety of litigation-related activities, with a primary focus on reviewing, preparing, and drafting responses to written discovery. Daily interfacing with institutional clients and trial attorneys regarding all aspects of civil litigation. Maintain calendars, tracking reports, and litigation deadlines in support of a high-volume litigation practice. Must have thorough understanding of civil litigation and procedure. Should have prior experience drafting/editing and/or processing written discovery. Must have strong working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Windows OS. Prior experience working as a paralegal representing creditors preferred.
