Comply with all standard operational procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. The candidate should have Membership in good standing with the State Bar of Massachusetts. Membership in good standing with the State Bar of New Hampshire preferred. Should have 1+ year of litigation/trial experience. Must be well versed in Court Room Practice. Strong organizational and time management skills essential. Must have proficient computer skills including extensive experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
