Associate Attorney (Business Litigation) The candidate will provide counsel and litigation strategies for business clients in matters including transportation, medical insurance, products liability, catastrophic loss claims, cargo liability, and employment liability. Will have ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of depositions, discovery and trial. Extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Draft and respond to correspondence. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar. Must have 3 years of transportation, medical insurance, products liability and/or business litigation experience. Must be experienced in depositions. Must be experienced in writing and arguing motions for summary judgments. Must possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
