Paralegal - Trademark The candidate should have Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate. Must have 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a legal department or law firm. Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar technology. Experience in a large law firm or professional services organization is preferred. Knowledge of USPTO procedures. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience. Knowledge of computerized docketing systems. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
