Personal Injury Intake Paralegal (Plaintiffs firm) The candidate should be an experienced, fluent Spanish speaking Plaintiffs Personal Injury paralegal who can do intakes, interpreting, request medical records, ACR reports, 311 call searches, request police reports, draft notices of claim, No Fault, and all tasks associated with a file up to and including drafting summons and complaint and be able to do the closing documents for OCA. Need to be familiar with investigative websites, FOIL, ACRIS, corporate searches and other search engines to ascertain proper parties. Must be familiar with statute of limitations and deadlines for no fault, notice of claim, municipal cases and be able to diary and keep up with same. Should have 10+ years as a paralegal in the plaintiffs personal injury field.
