Personal Injury Paralegal (Pre-lit only) The candidate must have minimum of 5 years personal injury experience to be an integral part of a team and help manage a complex case load. Should have a positive attitude, be reliable, organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and have a passion for both personal injury work and team work. Must have ability to handle all aspects of pre-suit personal injury claim including property damage, medical record requests, scheduling of client doctor appointments, client meetings, and insurance letters/ requests. Should have understanding of insurance policies and collateral source law. Must have ability to draft accurate closing statements. Must have ability to multitask and communicate with clients frequently regarding case issues. Must have ability to prepare thorough and accurate demands. Should be willing and able to assist the litigation paralegal with tasks such as scheduling and preparing of notebooks as needed.We offer benefits and a salary commensurate with experience.
