Immigration Paralegal The candidate will create drafts, perform revisions, and prepare detailed forms, documents, letters, exhibits, and other related materials as needed for primarily employment-based immigration processes. Communicate with clients and employees by e-mail, telephone, and through our case management system. A Bachelor's degree is required. Should have 2-5 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience. Experience with immigration case management systems preferred. Specific experience with preparing PERM Labor Certifications, H-1Bs, and L-1s, Excellent organizational, communications (oral & written), and analytical skills are required.
