Legal Secretary/Receptionist Duties: Greeting clients as they enter and helping them to feel at home in the office. Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate party or providing information as needed. Strong orientation for quality customer service delivery, and pleasant attitude on the phone. Scanning and filing documents. Qualifications: High school or equivalent required. Fluent and comfortable speaking and writing in Spanish and English. Experience and comfort using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and the G-Suite (Google docs, drive, etc.). Experience using online case management software, or similar cloud-based applications or data entry. Experience using multi-line phone systems with medium to high call volume. Experience using Windows computer systems, scanners, copiers. Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to communicate with clients professionally, work both independently and as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
