Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined Key Performance Indicators pertaining to the delivery of quality legal services. Assisting attorneys in reviewing and preparing litigation pleadings and related documents. Assist in preparing attorneys and witnesses for hearings, trials, depositions and other complex litigation. Communicate with the courts, clients and opposing counsel. Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients timelines and expectations. Ensure all internal systems are updated, to include findings, documentation, and recommendations. Exercise a high-degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy and collections requirements (as applicable). Experience in handling foreclosure cases independently; Cradle-to-grave (from beginning to end) experienced is preferred but consideration will be given to qualitative foreclosure experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Associate's Degree required. Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred.
