Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be an experienced, detail oriented, personal injury/medical malpractice litigation paralegal. Must be able to work independently and have the ability to prioritize, organize and manage a high volume workflow. Job requirements include the ability to request, review, organize, Bates and manage medical records, summarize medical bills for attorney review and case preparation, organize and manage case database, prepare legal documents including subpoenas, pleadings, discovery/disclosure requests and responses, summarize depositions, perform lien searches and communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical records personnel, opposing counsel, expert witnesses and court reporters. Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
