Legal Secretary The candidate will join Insurance firm. Must have extensive experience in: Dictaphone transcription, filing documents with the court, NY e-filing documents, legal document preparation from dictation and utilizing templates (including answers, motions, discovery, etc.), copying, faxing, e-mailing, scanning, editing documents, deposition digests, proficiency in Word, Time Matters and Outlook, and you must be able to type above 50 wpm. Experience in New York law is a MUST. Experience in NJ law a plus.
