Legal Secretary The candidate will provide support to assigned attorney. Format documents into final form, proofread, copy, scan, mail, etc. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Opening/closing files, consistent with department and firm practice. Manage data and prepare presentations as needed. Office duties including copying, scanning, faxing, time entry, call edit, filing, etc. MS Word and Excel. Strong typing speed. Professional, strong work ethic. Excelent customer service skills. Spanish (Preferred).
