Paralegal The candidate will be tasked with managing client relationships, and handling many aspects of the settlement administration process, including assembling claim packages, answering client questions, reviewing medical reports, and maintaining the firm's client database. Discovery responses. Drafting motions. Responding to interrogatories. Manage litigation calendars and monitor dockets. Maintain and update information in an internal database across multiple dockets. Associates Degree and/or Paralegal Certification are needed. Should have 3+ years of heavy litigation experience. Strong understanding of litigation & mass tort terms. Case management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. Should have the ability to manage and meet competing deadlines and priorities. Superior organization skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem, solving, and decision-making skills are needed. Deadline and detail-oriented. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Must be able to maintain a high case volume. Multi-state federal litigation is a plus.
