Legal Secretary/Receptionist The candidate should have experience working in a law firm or related. Must have at least one year of office experience and be able to perform the following tasks with ease: Answers telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate. Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, GSO, UPS, etc.) Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. Processing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, faxing, shipping and other related duties. Must have at least 1+ year of experience with multi-line phone system. Maintain the kitchen/supply room, which includes light kitchen duties, i.e., making coffee, fridge stocked and utensils stocked. Keep supplies cabinet stocked and tidy. Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Must have a "can-do" attitude and be a team player.
