Probate Paralegal The candidate's duties include preparing probate documents from the initial petition to the final accounting (and everything in between) and trust administration documents. Knowledge of the post-death probate and trust administration processes is important. Will also assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. The candidate will support all facets of probate and trust administration and experience should be in those areas.
