Family Law Paralegal The candidate will possess three or more years of family law experience working as a paralegal. Cases will include custody, divorce, adoption, child protective services cases. Paralegal may be required to support criminal and traffic matters. Must be detail oriented and able to work independently. Client intake, interacting with clients, court staff, experts and witnesses. Draft discovery and miscellaneous documents such as pleadings, responses, motions, deposition digests and case summaries. Prepare for hearings, depositions and mediations. Document production, document review, index and organize documents. Track and oversee progress and status of cases and trial support.
