Litigation Attorney The ideal candidate will handle cases and analyze complex issues, as well as have experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Should have 3+ years of experience in general liability, product liability, business litigation, and/or environmental litigation. Must be an active member of the State Bar of California with strong academic credentials. Solid work ethic, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
