Legal Secretary/Clerk The candidate's duties include: To provide administrative support to multiple paralegals and lawyers; Effectively communicate with paralegals and lawyers; Proofread documents and correspondence; Provide backup Receptionist relief as needed; answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate; Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders. Should have proven experience as legal secretary. Must have knowledge of constitution, legal terminology, regulations and court system is a plus. Working knowledge of litigation management software systems is a plus. Must have outstanding time-management and typing skills. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 3 years (Preferred).
