Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate should have specific knowledge of the legal bankruptcy process; should be detail-oriented in your work; should possess analytical skills and have the ability to analyze problems and offer appropriate solutions; should have a strong work ethic; should have a high level of professionalism and know how to treat clients and fellow co-workers; should have demonstrated teamwork and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; should have experience multi-tasking, organizing, planning, and prioritizing work. Must be dependable, honest and trustworthy. Should have at least 2 to 3 years of on-point, creditor-side bankruptcy experience (motion preparation, proof of claim preparation and experience with hearing resolution are examples of the desired type of experience). Must have the strong desire to continue learning and want to become part of a cooperative and collaborative work environment where you will be encouraged to contribute to our processes and work-flows.
