Responsibilities include all aspects of US and foreign patent prosecution work including to preparing and filing U.S. and PCT patent applications, Information Disclosure Statements, responses to Office Actions, and other prosecution documents with the USPTO, reviewing and preparing correspondence to and from clients and foreign associates, and maintaining a large docket.
