Product and Business Litigation Paralegal The candidate will do discovery and electronic document management and analysis for large cases. Will research experience for product, construction, inter-modal transportation and business matters. Commercial litigation including drafting of pleadings and discovery. Investigation and analysis of facts, law, and other material for case development and trial. Maintains trial boards, notes, lists and indexes. The candidate should have 3-5 years of complex Litigation experience. Bachelor of Arts degree or Paralegal Certification is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. is required. Must have electronic document discovery and database management experience. Must be familiar with discovery, case management and trial preparation. Familiarity with State and Federal Courts is required.
