Patent Attorney The candidate will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications across a variety of technology areas, with a focus on computer-implemented methods in insurance, financial technologies and e-commerce, medical devices, autonomous vehicles, heavy machinery, and optics. Responsibilities may also include managing foreign prosecution and rendering opinions to clients. The position requires extensive interaction with in-house attorneys, inventors, and firm attorneys. Must have a USPTO registration number, and three or more(3+) years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Expertise in software applications, machine learning, artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, and/or optics is highly desired. Candidate with degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical backgrounds preferred.
