Legal Secretary The candidate will work alongside our attorney and work on trial preparation. Responsibilities include: Perform relevant legal research for active cases; Creating, editing, formatting and proofreading documents, dictation/transcription, court filings and phone contact with clients; Draft correspondence; Answer phones and take messages. Must have 5 years experience in Family Law, Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Administration. Should have familiarity with legal procedures and terminology. Must know Word Perfect and Strong communication and organizational skill.
