Some previous office experience is required but we will train. Duties include: client contact, set-up of new files, answering discovery requests, data entry on client spreadsheets. Spanish speaking is a plus. You will be trained but ultimately will have the ability to manage your work independently. This position requires organizational skills and being aware of deadlines. Please have computer and software skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You will be working with a partner and paralegal in the same department who are always available to answer questions.
