Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for revision of documents, printing, maintaining client hardcopy files, closing files, drafting emails and correspondence, calendaring, helping with client billing process, and other duties and responsibilities outlined by assigned attorneys. Must have 7-12 years of experience. Preference will be granted to candidate with 2+ years of experience in real estate and/or finance and banking, and litigation. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in MS Word and Styles is required. Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Knowledge of e-Filing for court system (litigation exposure) is needed. Familiarity of real estate and/or finance and banking loan processing and closings is a must. Superior written and verbal communication skills are required.
