Temporary Workers Compensation Legal Secretary The candidate will support a buys group of attorneys who practice workers compensation law representing injured worker's in a very fast paced and exciting office. Will draft and edit pleadings, manage an attorneys calendar, monitor emails, answer phones, and draft correspondence. Must also have Recent Florida law litigation experience with knowledge of e filing and E Docket. Knowledge of the general litigation process is essential. Workers compensation experience is essential. personal injury experience from either side is a plus. Bilingual a plus, Client Profiles experience a plus
