Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include scheduling, discovery, drafting pleadings, filing, translating, and monitoring correspondence and attorney e-mails. Bilingual - English and Spanish speaking is a must. Must have 1 year of experience with Florida workers' compensation claims, including settlement documentation, time keeping and filing Petitions for Benefits, would be helpful. Should have strong computer skills, be detail-oriented, have compassion for our clients, and have a pleasant personality.
