Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of paralegal experience in a private practice family law firm. Must have earned at least an overall B average or better in all educational endeavors. Will work exceptionally well with 21st century legal tools (computers, cloud software for case management, digital document generation and transmission and calendaring, etc.). Experience and current paralegal skills in managing discovery, scheduling, drafting legal documents, preparing our attorneys for taking depositions, preparing for mediation and family law hearings; opportunities to attend depositions, mediation and hearings may present themselves depending on the paralegal s overall knowledge of the case is needed.
