Paralegal, Intellectual Property The candidate will assist in the preparation, filing, prosecution, due diligence and enforcement of patents, copyrights and trademarks in the USPTO, US Copyright Office and patent and trademark offices in various countries. Should have strong communication skills and exceptional technical skills. Must have 5+ years of IP experience with a strong background in foreign prosecution and managing a patent prosecution docket, including managing complex US IDS practices and non-US prior art disclosures in a law firm environment. Must have a thorough knowledge of patent docketing procedures and a thorough knowledge of US patent prosecution procedures and PTO rules and forms. Bachelor's degree or certificate in paralegal studies required.
