Probate Paralegal The candidate should have Working knowledge with 706 filings (Federal Estate Tax Returns) and 709 (Gift Tax Returns). Should have 3-5 years of experience and has a working knowledge of probate administration and handle a case. Experience with Muniment of Title, standard probate and trust administration is essential. Ability to draft and file pleadings, assist with distributions to beneficiaries, draft partition agreements, transfer deeds, family settlement agreements, communicate deadlines to family members and the courts is required. Strong command of Word, knowledge of WordPerfect, Adobe, Google Docs, and Excel is needed.
