Legal Administrative Assistant Paralegal, Temporary Duties: Preform general office duties, answering telephone, scheduling appointments and maintain calendars in Outlook, assist with billing, assist with time entry, interacting with clients, organizing and maintaining files, editing and finalizing documents, prepare pleadings, interrogatories, exhibits, etc., as well as successfully assisting attorneys. Candidate must have a 4-year degree with 2+ years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and QuickBooks. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a positive professional attitude. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility & adaptability with a customer (or client) service focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid knowledge of QuickBooks. Good proofreading skills.
