Summary Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice and team of accomplished plaintiff's lawyers and robust case staff in our office in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident / automobile liability cases in litigation, including trial prep and in-court trial, generally without the need to handle pre-suit matters. The lawyer will represent plaintiff clients in Philly and the surrounding PHL metro area, including New Jersey, if possible. Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, non-recoverable draw, and standard commission fees/bonuses, as well as a full benefits package. Law Firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a successful and fast-growing practice. The Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident / automobile liability cases in litigation, including trial prep and in-court trial. The successful candidate should have a Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the PA bar (NJ bar a plus). The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of PI litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle / automobile liability / MVA) and will be able to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial. The attorney should have excellent client service and communication skills, be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, and have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
