Paralegal - Workers' Compensation Defense The candidate will be remote with possible future hybrid in-office/remote schedule. Must possess 1 year recent experience supporting workers compensation defense attorneys and experience filing with the courts (EAMS), managing 2 attorneys calendar and case load, preparing documents, trial exhibits, scheduling depos and examinations, and proofreading. Must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, have excellent communication skills and professional demeanor (so as to be able to interact with attorneys, court personnel, clients and claims handlers), excellent spelling/grammar skills, the ability to follow instructions and willingness to take initiative and multi-task. Paralegal certificate required (certification under BPC 6450 permissible) required.
