Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate will prepare, file, litigate and participate in jury trials for Auto injury, premises liability, and wrongful death. Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Negotiation and Mediation Skills. Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public. Prepare witnesses and clients for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials including expert witnesses. Conduct depositions and examinations under oath and prepares summary documents; settlement/dispositive proceedings (e.g. mediations, arbitrations, etc.). Should preferably have 2 years of relevant experience; a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
