Paralegal/Client Services The candidate should have superior organization and people skills. Responsibilities include monitoring collection accounts, preparing documents, and client reporting. There will be heavy contact with Clients, Attorneys, and Courts. Should be a motivated self-starter who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent communication skills, have a demonstrated attention to detail, and be well organized. Must be a team player willing help members of the team. Ability to handle time-sensitive and complex issues with superior time management and prioritization skills required. Requires investigative skills, problem solving, and troubleshooting to resolve case problems as well as meet operations needs. Should have a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required. Paralegal certificate strongly preferred. Notary certification is a plus. 1-year of experience in the legal field preferred. Strong organizational skills required. Excellent typing skills required. Detail-oriented and able to handle time-sensitive and complex issues required. Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal skills required.
