Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant The candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support for partners and other team members. Create, revise and prepare for service correspondence, pleadings, discovery documents and legal briefs. Proof read documents. Maintain filing and filing system. Open and organize legal files, electronic and paper. Maintain and update attorney's calendar. Update legal software and diary system with important deadlines and documents.Occasionally process mail and answer phones. Provide assistance to other team members. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience. Excellent typing and dictation skills are required.
