Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must have previous experience should demonstrate a proficiency in handling a busy case load from intake to settlement. Additionally, prior work should display your ability to request and acquire medical records, prepare demands, and draft correspondence. Case management and document management skills are required. Other requirements include excellent customer service skills, proficient written skills, highly organized and capable of prioritizing and working independently. Must have attention to detail, and be motivated and energetic. Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, 3 years minimum pre-litigation experience in a law firm is required, Previous personal injury experience is required, Deep understanding of Arizona's personal injury laws and practices is required, Deep understanding of Arizona auto insurance policies is required, Experience preparing/completing conservatorships in Arizona is preferred, Experience and ability to manage a robust caseload, Computer proficiency is required, Ability to work proactively, independently, and with a team, Demonstrate strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills, Professional, highly motivated and detail-oriented, Bilingual is a plus.
