Mass Tort Paralegal The candidate will order, review and summarize medical bills and records. E-filing. Daily case management. Resolve client questions, provide updates on status of the case, and document communications in case management software. Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Support complex, litigation-related initiatives with particular focus on discovery, document collection, organization, preservation and production. Assist legal team with organizing and carrying out special projects as needed. Must have mass tort or medical malpractice experience. Some familiarity with Needles preferred. Should have excellent organization skills to handle deadlines. Must be proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
